About the Role:
As a Home Improvement Project Consultant, you'll engage with homeowners nationwide to oversee large-scale and high-value home improvement projects. Your role will involve full-cycle sales—from qualifying leads to closing deals—as well as remote project management through completion. Success in this position requires a proactive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Responsibilities:

- Engage with homeowners who have requested services through our platform, advising them on their projects and winning their business.
- Utilize our network of service providers to match the best fit for each project, ensuring value for the homeowner.
- Develop partnerships with service providers outside our network, facilitating more business opportunities through the Managed Services program.
- Coordinate a high volume of home improvement projects, managing all aspects from client and service provider outreach to scheduling and invoicing.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of business while advancing existing accounts, handling client and service provider communications, scheduling, invoicing, and escalations.
- Strategize for long-term success, managing your business pipeline effectively.
- Develop multiple relationships concurrently to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Embrace learning opportunities, with the potential for specialization in specific categories and skill sets such as coaching, project management, and consultative sales approaches.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer success, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Comfortable with phone, email, and text communication, emphasizing proactive calls.
- Excitement for building a book of business and managing strategic sales targets and project completions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of relationships and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Knowledge of home services, skill trades, or real estate is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
- Comfortable meeting monthly KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive base salary based on experience, location, and performance.
- Annual On-Target Earnings: $60,000 - $75,000 with uncapped commission potential.
