Psychiatrist for a Part-time or Full-time position in our
Lancaster, PA, location.
The ideal Psychiatrist will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.
Hybrid option available. Compensation: - Fee for Service/Salaried Models
- Employees can earn $175,000-$265,000 annually
- 20-30 hours per week/ 46 weeks per year
Qualifications: - Must have clean & unrestricted Pennsylvania license
- Board Certified Psychiatrist
- Two years of post-graduate experience with assessments, evaluations, and medication management
- Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
- Expertise and experience in treating all ages and populations is highly desirable
