Job description
Do you like to provide a great customer service experience? Do you like to work in your pajamas 3 days a week, while limiting your social office interactions to 2 days a week? If so...read on. The pay rate for this role is $20 per hour. The following shifts are available and will be assigned during training, so flexibility is a must. Monday through Friday 10-630, 1030-7, 11-730, 1130-8, 12-830, and 1230-9. Shift bid after 6 months. - Handle incoming calls from Agents and Customers regarding billing questions, troubleshooting, password resets, and status inquiries
