We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Associate to join our expanding team. This position presents the potential for a hybrid or remote work arrangement for the right candidate. We strongly encourage individuals with P&C licenses and a combination of strong administrative and customer care skills to apply!

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure positive customer engagement.
- Support existing accounts by managing changes, processing claims, and handling renewals.
- Conduct thorough research to address customer inquiries and ensure they have all necessary information.
- Build and nurture strong relationships through professional communication.
- Actively seek referrals and meet retention expectations.
- Process payments and conduct end-of-month reconciliations.
- Participate in and contribute to community events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with basic office technology.
- Highly dependable and consistent work ethic.
- Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
