Our Manager - IT Finance and Governance is accountable for:
Managing the full IT production support, maintenance, and project budgets internally within the IT corporate function, while working closely with corporate Finance to provide an accurate budget, reporting, and forecast
Performing in-depth financial analysis and provide Kelly leadership with related IT spend data, continuous cost saving initiatives, benchmarking, business case analysis, and ad-hoc requests to run and grow the company. Applying appropriate accounting and controls as needed
Tracking capital expenditures (HW & SW & Professional Services), managing tasks, useful life, and respond to asset management inquiries Working closely with audit to perform reviews of software and hardware that have SOX impact
Essential Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work closely and confidently with Kelly leadership
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and lead projects
Strong organization skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests and projects with aggressive timelines
Required understanding of all IT areas, functions, software, and hardware
Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office proficiency required (Excel, SharePoint/Teams)
Seeking minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large project management and production budgets required.
*Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
