Senior Financial Analyst
Oklahoma City, OK - Candidates must reside in Oklahoma.
Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in financial modeling and reporting, and have a deep understanding of financial concepts and principles.
Responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate financial trends, performance, and forecasts to management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Evaluate financial data and metrics to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize financial performance.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support business strategy development.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track financial performance.
- Participate in the budgeting process, providing guidance and support to department heads and managers.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications of Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is desirable.
Salary Range of Senior Financial Analyst: The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 dependent on the candidate's experience and education. Candidates must reside in Oklahoma. To apply, please visit .
