Compensation Base Range: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an SEO Specialist at REP, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and ensuring that our products and brand reach a wider audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to keep our website at the forefront of search engine results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Keyword Research and Analysis - Conduct research to identify high-potential keywords & analyze competitors SEO to stay ahead in the market.
• On-Page SEO Optimization - Optimize web content, metatags and content to improve visibility. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure PDP's and other pages are optimized.
• Technical SEO - Perform regular audits on the website to resolve SEO issues and improve performance & user experience.
• Link Building - Develop and execute a link building plan to increase website authority.
• Content Strategy - Work closely with Brand team to develop content aligned with SEO goals, including blog posts and additional website content.
• Reporting And Analysis - Provide regular reports on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMRush

• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking and SEO best practices
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or others

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 2-5 Years of experience as an SEO expert with a focus on B2C ecommerce
