Looking for a 4-40 customer service representative Mon, Tues, and Fridays. Preferably have insurance experience at State Farm, Allstate, and/or working with Citizens insurance policies.

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Team player.

Requirements

4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 FL Insurance license.

Life license or banking experience is not out of the question. The right person can pass the 4-40 exam while employed here.

Pay based on licenses and experience.
