Full Time Care Coordinator/Scheduler Griswold Home Care For Winston Salem is calling all compassionate home care schedulers to join our growing team. Compensation: $43,000- $45,000 Are you an experienced Home Care Scheduler who is passionate about providing top-notch care to clients in the comfort of their own homes? Griswold Winston Salem is currently looking for someone like you to join our team! As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the essential functions of the office are completed daily, including recruiting, scheduling, supporting, and directing caregivers and providing exemplary customer service to our clients and referral sources. Care Coordinator/Scheduler We are looking for a motivated Agency Support/Sr. Care Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate has a strong scheduling background, excellent customer service skills, and has a passion for helping others. Scheduling and recruiting experience is strongly preferred. What we will expect from you:

• Assign staff to work with clients
• Maintain communication and strong relationships with clients and caregivers
• Review billing and payroll on a weekly basis
• Schedule home assessments for potential new clients
• On-call responsibilities on a rotating basis

You will be successful in the role if you:

• Prior experience in home care scheduling
• Strong verbal, written skills and people skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Pleasant phone manner
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• High School Diploma
