Job description
We are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This is an important role that requires a proactive individual to take the lead and lead our automation initiatives to ensure that our production processes are efficient and cost-effective. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and have the opportunity to be innovative and creative in your approach.
As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for automating our production processes, developing and implementing controls systems, and programming our PLCs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Prepare polymer formulations with laboratory equipment to meet specific objectives. Test laboratory scale samples and new production trial samples for physical and chemical properties.
For this position, you should have more than three years of experience working as a Controls Engineer in the manufacturing industry. Master's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics required. Minimum 4 year experience in chemistry, physics, engineering, materials, polymer science and polymer processing.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $110,000/yr - $130,000/yr. We also offer a range of commissions, bonuses, and perks that can help you to maximize your earnings.
