We are recruiting for a Hospital RN Home Health Manager. This person will manage the home health team and making sure the department is run in the budget guidelines for the hospital and the team is in daily coordination with duties.

Is up to date with the federal Conditions of Participation, state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
Has a firm grip on the OASIS guidelines
Compensation

$90,000 -$149,000

Full Benefits
Experience:

Bachelor's degree
One Year supervisory experience.
Two years clinical experience in home health
Current California RN License
PHN certification preferred.
Infusion experience
Regulatory survey preparation
Medicare home health
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 125,000.00 Per Year
