This is a remote position.

Role: Procurement Specialist

Estimated Duration: 6+ months

Location: Phoenix, AZ (hybrid)

Position Description

The contractor is to provide support services in our procurement department. Duties include: Updates and monitors databases that track contracts and agreements. Answer questions or find information for agency staff, the public, contractors and vendors. Investigate and resolve problems of contract performance to ensure certificate of insurance compliance. Requests contract extensions as well as processing amendments.

 

Skills Required

Ability to manage several, shifting priorities simultaneously. Experienced with computer operation, including software applications used to process, store, and tabulate information or data.

 

Skills Preferred

Data Entry (1200 KPH), Experience with Google Docs/Sheets, Experience with ADOBE Pro.

 

Experience Required

At least one year data entry and at least one year customer service experience. One year working on a team. One year of purchasing experience.

 

Experience Preferred

Data Entry, Experience with Google Docs/Sheets, Experience with ADOBE Pro

 

Education Required

High School Diploma or GED
