The Role

As our Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, you will be at the forefront of our resto-mod production facility's success. This role is critical in managing and enhancing our production and operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will be involved in strategic planning, resource management, process improvement, and leadership, directly contributing to our mission of blending classic charm with modern performance.

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with our visionary goals. Work in collaboration with our leadership team to shape and realize our long-term ambitions.
Process Excellence: Champion efficiency and quality through the analysis and enhancement of manufacturing processes. Embrace Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and maximize workflow efficiency.
Resource Optimization: Ensure effective use of personnel, equipment, and materials, collaborating with procurement and supply chain to optimize inventory and supplier relationships.
Quality Assurance: Uphold our standard of excellence by working closely with Quality Control to maintain stringent quality checks, ensuring every vehicle not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Team Development: Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop your team, promoting a shared commitment to excellence.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget management to ensure operational efficiency without compromising on quality or innovation.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, ensuring all operations comply with standards and fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.

Who You Are

Experienced Leader: With at least 10 years in a senior manufacturing management role, you have a proven track record of operational excellence.
Strategic Thinker: You possess a strong background in engineering or business, with an MBA being a plus. Your strategic planning and problem-solving skills are top-notch.
Communication Maestro: Excellent communication skills enable you to effectively lead your team and collaborate across departments.
Process Innovator: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing cost accounting, and familiarity with manufacturing software (MRP, ERP, quality management systems) are part of your toolkit.
Team Builder: Your leadership is characterized by the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
