Role Description

Destiny's Group Home is seeking a full-time RN nurse to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Harford County, MD, and the nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents. Daily tasks include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, maintaining medical records, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. Need an RN for DDA delegating nurse.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license RN in the state of Maryland
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment skills
