• Job Position: CNA/PCA/CAREGIVER PART TIME HOURS IMMEDIATE HIRE
• SHIFT AVAILABLE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY 9AM-3PM

You will be responsible for assisting clients of Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services, LLC in their homes.

Those duties will include:

• Communicating clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with all parties of the company and clients as necessary.
• Provide medical and personal care for the client based on an individualized Plan of Care prepared by the Nurse Supervisor.
• To drive/escort the client to and from appointments/activities as requested
• Utilizing client or personal vehicle, resulting in a safe and timely transport
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/ GED REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year In-Home Care experience
• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia or PCA certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Current First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Driver’s License/State ID

Physical Demands: Frequent to constant standing, walking and using hands.

Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
