Title: Exec. Admin. Assist.
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: 12 Months (with possible extensions)

Description:
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
Provides administrative support to executive-level management: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, report preparation, tracking department budgets and meeting planning/preparation.
Handles all routine mail or inquiries and sets priorities to projects assigned.
Keeps an accurate calendar of appointments, meetings and due dates for executive.
Requires previous experience and may require additional training specific to the corporate culture and procedures.
Functions with minimal supervision.
Bachelors degree preferred but will consider a lower level of education because looking for an executive presence, type of experience and skill sets the candidate brings.
Experience with Event Planning so can set up events.

Must have:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with all levels of managers, executive suite DVP's, Directors etc.
Must have an executive presence and be polished. Will be a reflection of the DVP and will be working with all types Managers including C-Suite executives.
Must be VERY savvy with the Microsoft suite of programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be clear and succinct as will be representing the DVP.
Must be able to work at a high pace with competing tasks.
Must be able to take an instruction without finite details and still be able to break down what is being asked and then complete.
Must have initiative and be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and be able to meet the deadlines.
Project management experience as Must be able to complete any actions given in a meeting and follow up to get the action items completed by the timeline determined.

Interview: 2 Rounds, first will be virtual and second will be In-person.
