General Summary
The Senior Producer will partner closely with the Creative Director and Executive Producer to lead and deliver projects, on time and on budget, whilst maintaining the highest quality control in collaboration with the client.
The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, experienced in all aspects of CG, and an effective communicator.
All producers require a basic financial understanding, an aptitude for project management, in-depth experience in scheduling and an ability to manage diverse groups of people and foster strong team bonds.
Responsibilities
Evaluating projects through detailed analysis and scenario planning for an informed production approach.
Proactively fostering strong client dialogue with clear communication skills.
Bidding and outlining SOWs against timeline and resources, with financial rigor.
Leading project kick offs and clearly directing the internal team to move the project forward.
Managing client expectations regularly in an organized manner.
Scheduling and leading all creative reviews.
Collaborates with resource management to cast a suitable team.
Reviews freelance talent with the resource manager as needed.
Collates feedback and assesses impact to active projects.
Financial tracking reporting with required stakeholders.
Communicates any project burn to finance and executive producer.
Leads quality control protocols for high volume asset deliverables.
Billing for project wrap organizing all project related data, manages archiving with IT.
Escalates pipeline and network needs partnering with technical directors.
Manages intake of new and incremental projects.
Proactively shares project updates in weekly production meeting.
Sets a positive tone and offers production mentorship as needed.
Location & Commitments
90% remote, 10% in person in LA for client meetings and teamwork and social activities.
Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
5-7 years experience in VFX production for advertising in a production company, agency, or design company.
Technical understanding of CG workflows and VFX and render pipelines.
Comprehension of real-time technology preferred but not essential.
Experience working on automotive mass asset productions preferred but not essential.
Experience managing CG teams on large scale projects.
Enthusiasm for high end design and creative output.
Ability to work within and inspire a team and under own initiative.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both on a technical and creative basis.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Superior client management skills.
Keen sense of priorities with the ability to manage multiple asks/tasks.
Passionate, driven, proactive, curious and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced high-expectation environment.
Compensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications
, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
