The Role: - Genmab is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Oncology Field Operations team. This role will focus on Incentive Compensation, Targeting & Alignment, Dashboarding, Reporting, and Field Analytics to support the market presence of our products in the US. Reporting to the Associate Director of Field Operations, the successful candidate will work closely with the Field Leadership team and internal stakeholders, providing critical data insights and strategies for field-based colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement incentive compensation plans to drive field team performance.
- Conduct ongoing analyses to assess the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with sales leadership to provide sub-national insights and analytics.
- Partner with our BIS and field teams to maintain and enhance dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and business trends.
- Manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Develop and manage targeting and alignment strategies to optimize field operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Training departments to align field operations with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination with matrix teams and external consultants as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of sales ops/field ops, data analytics, incentive compensation, or similar experience preferably within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Demonstrated ability in handling complex data sets and performing high-level data analysis.
- Some experience working with legal and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical promotions, pharmaceutical industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
Location : This position currently adopts a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week on-site at the Princeton, NJ office.
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$97,500.00---$162,500.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
