Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Greensboro, NC!
Pay rate: $20.99/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p
Length: Twelve (12) months with possibility of extension

The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management system and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
Will support the field support team, handling roll outs, new stores, installs, ordering, etc
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience
Strong communication skills
SAP experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experienced with MS Office Suite

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Greensboro, NC
