Job description
We are currently seeing a Chief of Staff to CFO in New Haven CT. In thisposition you will work closely with the CFO. The position will also work with other members of the Executive Team.
Compensation & Benefits: Base: $160,000 annual salary. This is a full time position and is eligible for regular benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision and 401K with contributions
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm.
Undergraduate degree and MBA.
Bilingual language skills preferred (English required plus Spanish).
Strong understanding of strategy, finance, and operations – former management consultant strongly preferred.
Professional services or service operations industry experience preferred.
Proven success in operating within a startup, early-stage company environment.
Experience working and managing a high-functioning team in a fast-paced, demanding, and virtual/geographically diverse environment.
The position will also work with other members of the Executive Team.
Full-time work authorization in the US required (includes eligibility for optional practical training).
Job Duties:
Support the CFO in leading and managing strategy, mergers and acquisitions, finance, investor relations, analytics, and other functions as needed.
Understand the entire portfolio of work underway in strategy and finance and ensure that executive leadership is well apprised of priorities and initiatives.
Facilitate management team meetings, manage the agenda, and track key actions while driving accountability of the Executive Team, as needed.
Lead, support, and work on special projects as needed; these can cover a wide variety of topics from strategy and acquisition to operational implementation and more.
