Director of HR
HR Director develops and oversees implementation of HR strategies and provides a high level of oversight in the areas of legal compliance, compensation, policies, labor relations, talent development etc. Will join a corporate team and provide HR oversight for 5 locations. Will play a role in growing the team and implementing new processes due to company growth. Direct hire, $140K - $185K DOE + benefits + bonus potential. Position sits in office, in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Director of HR Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $140,000.00 to $185,000.00 /annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Leads and directs people-related initiatives, plans, and goals in alignment with organizational vision and goals.
- Actively contributes to the strategic planning process and is an active voice for employees.
- In collaboration with ownership creates the vision and leads the development, oversight, and execution of company people strategy and culture.
- Oversees development of HR policies that reflect company people strategy, vision, and culture.
- Research and implementation of new software to streamline processes where needed.
- Ensures performance or grievance issues are handled in professional and legally compliant manner.
- Remain current and up to date on most current legal, political and government reporting regulations to ensure human resource and payroll policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Employee relations and investigations/legal considerations.
- Oversight responsibility for compensation and benefit administration.
- Remain current and up to date on most current legal, political and government reporting regulations to ensure human resource and payroll policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Works with administration at other company facilities regarding HR related items.
Director of HR Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR focused study or closely related field.
- Minimum 7+ years’ HR experience preferably in an organization with skilled labor.
- Prior experience working through significant growth phases and navigation through a variety of challenging HR situations with employee relations.
- Must have experience with employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits and investigation laws.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office software; HRIS etc.
- Background in policy development and implementation
