Job description
Kforce's client in the greater Milwaukee, WI area is looking to add a PC Technician to their team. This would be a long-term contract position. You will be supporting IT business operations for our client and this role will consist of Tier 2 end user support, inventory management, and lease return processing.
Responsibilities:
- PC setups, swaps, and replacements; This includes following our documented imaging process as well as software installation and shipping the computer if needed: PC and desk phone deployments; Act as point person on lease returns, both from an execution and analytical standpoint; Provide high quality, responsive tier two incident management
- Serve as the escalation point for tier 1 support
- Based on aligned business priorities, the PC Tech will focus on continuous improvement and provide world class customer service
- Work closely with Brookfield IT team to create documentation and follow standard operating procedures
- Perform basic Active Directory functions including account creation, group modification, password resets
