If you are a salesperson with experience in the injection molding industry, please read on!

We are searching for a highly motivated Director of Sales to join our team to be trained and move into the VP of Sales role. We are an injection molding company that thrives in a variety of key markets including automotive, energy storage, appliances, and more. We have locations in Newton Falls, OH and El Paso, TX and are open to candidates to work at either location!

What You Will Be Doing

- Train in and learn our business to fill the VP of Sales role
- Create and implement successful sales strategies
- Major focus on new business development
- Build and nurture customer relationships
- Analyze performance metrics
- Mentor and motivate the sales team (4 direct reports)

What You Need for this Position

This role will be onsite at our office in either Newton Falls, OH or El Paso, TX

Must have:
- 5+ years injection molding sales
- 5+ years sales management
- 5+ years people management
- Willing/able to travel to accounts as needed

Nice to have:
- Success in our key markets (automotive, energy storage, appliances, etc.)
