Disney Experiences (DX) is looking for an Ad Operations Manager II. Reporting into the Associate Manager of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for managing ad operations holistically for several of our key businesses including Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and others.
In this role, you’ll serve as a first in-line escalation point for the Ad Ops Associates and Manager I’s. You will assist in evaluating, making recommendations, and delivering on rollout as it pertains to the Ad Ops tech stack (current stack: Google Campaign Manager/Flashtalking) and trafficking processes. You will also find opportunities to implement solutions or tools that increase effectiveness and efficiency of our ad-serving process, campaign setup, pixel and tracking methods, and dynamic creative executions.
Four-year college degree; any Marketing, Programming, or Computer Science degree or background is a plus

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA, is $93,400.00-$125,200.00 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job tags
