As a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients by conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all treatments. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on therapy sessions, educating patients on exercises and techniques, and adapting treatment plans as needed based on patient progress. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage your caseload efficiently. Our team will support you as you grow and develop in this fulfilling role.
To excel in the role of Part-Time Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab, you should possess a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and hold a valid state license to practice. Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of musculoskeletal conditions are essential. The ability to assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy with compassion and professionalism is crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and modalities are advantageous.
