**About Us:**

We are a team of motivated individuals known as The Mortgage Mentors, committed to assisting borrowers in understanding the mortgage process and making informed decisions. As an affiliate of Vision One Mortgage, a full-service direct lender, our focus is on exceptional service. With an experienced team of Underwriters and Processors, we boast a common-sense approach, resulting in a high close ratio and swift loan processing times, sometimes as fast as 17 days.

**Available Positions:**

We offer three independently contracted and commission-based positions, allowing for a hybrid work model:

1. **Experian Trigger Leads Call Center Representatives:** Reach out to borrowers who have inquired with other lenders to provide competitive quotes.

2. **Self Generation - Organic Business:** Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, offering free systems to help sustain client connections.

3. **Home IQ:** Provide free systems to realtors, assisting them in maintaining relationships with past clients and utilizing social media.

At The Mortgage Mentors, we empower our Loan Officers and Account Executives with control. Our "borrower paid" commission structure and no splits through our direct lending line enable us to offer aggressive compensation and rates. We specialize in various lending programs, including traditional lending, hard money, non-QM, reverse mortgages, and more, allowing our team members to capture any potential market.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Outside sales and origination of self-generated residential mortgages.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and borrowers.
- Accurately obtaining and compiling necessary financial information from loan applicants.
- Explaining loan options to customers and ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company policies.
- Managing a loan pipeline to ensure timely funding.
- Interacting with various corporate functions to improve the loan servicing process.

**Qualifications:**

- NMLS state and federal license.
- Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines.
- Strong computer skills, including MS applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience:**

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry (Preferred).

**License:**

- NMLS (Required)
