About the Opportunity:

At our company, a global leader in leadership, wealth creation education, and personal development programs, we're seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. This performance-based opportunity rewards self-starters driven by financial, career, and personal success.

Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities:

Enjoy the flexibility of full or part-time work, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
Engage in weekly training calls, primarily conducted via Zoom.
Implement marketing programs and strategies to generate leads, leveraging the latest social media platforms, with comprehensive online and live training provided.
Manage leads using our CRM tools and guide them through a structured interview process.
Work remotely and autonomously, utilizing your laptop and phone.
Adhere strictly to company Compliance and Excellence guidelines.

Minimum Occupational Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional/business experience.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, driven by self-motivation and discipline.
Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
Display proficiency in general computer use, with some familiarity with social media applications, or a willingness to learn.
Maintain a goal-oriented and focused mindset.
Be coachable and open to receiving training and support to excel in this role.
