Job description

**Education and Experience:**
- Significant leadership and management experience.
- Certification as a CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) is highly desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Leadership:** Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless patient scheduling and communication. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- **Human Resources:** Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of our talented team. Act as the 401k coordinator, update the employee handbook, and maintain a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture.
- **Financial Oversight:** Collaborate with the bookkeeper on financial management, including payroll, billing, and vendor relations. Monitor key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- **Community and Culture:** Champion initiatives to bolster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Align staff with the clinic's core values and objectives, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
