Job description

Hospitalist needed in Quincy, IL
2 hours to St. Louis, MO; 1.5 hours to Columbia, MO

Compensation Details:
- Base: Days $300,000 / nights $330,000
- Extra Shift Compensation for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14)
- Incentive Compensation Based on WRVUs
- Quality Bonus Potential - 10% of Salary (based on quality metrics)

Position Details:
- Day or Nocturnist
- Full time, Permanent
- 5-7 Admits per day
- 4-6 Admits at night
- 17-20 patient census
- 7on 7off model (Tuesday Monday), not set in stone but typically, close to what we follow
- 7pm 7am
- Procedures not required but if you are proficient, you can request privileges to do so. Radiology typical runs central lines.
- Hospitalist run the Rapids and Codes for Hospital (Designated Intensivist in ICU, 16 bed unit, kind of closed, Intensivist treat patients once in ICU, if we had a Nocturnist interested in helping cover in the ICU we would consider it)
