1) Must have a valid drivers license
2) Must be able to utilize iPad for work orders and update real time project progression
3) Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
4) Must be okay with on-call schedule (once every 4-5 weeks)
We are currently looking for an experience carpenter in Omaha, NE. Restoration experience is HIGHLY recommending but not required. This candidate will be responsible carpentry duties at a home or commercial building that was destroyed by wind, flood, or fire. There may be some cases where this person has to help with some demo work but they are mainly responsible for all the finishing. Such as but not limited to; hanging/finishing drywall, painting, installing trim/windows/doors. In addition, they will be the face of the company when they show up to the project so customer services is a big player in this role.

Recognize potential problems with the project and timely request additional guidance and assistance
Answer most questions regarding the project and direct more specific or complicated questions to the appropriate resource
Move and protect contents without damage
Construct appropriate containment for construction dust, dirt and airborne contaminant in working area
Using appropriate tools and accepted methods, perform tasks related to flood cutting, salvaging and labeling baseboards, cabinets, doors, etc.
Attend and successfully complete shrink wrap training and complete 4 projects containing shrink wrap
Develop ability to identify the different types of insulation, their thickness and their respective R-value
Apply learned skills and materials knowledge relative to Trim, Doors, Cabinetry, Insulation, Rough Framing, acoustical Ceilings, Roofing materials, and Exterior Siding to daily tasks
Must maintain attention to detail
Will be required to meet company Standards in safeguarding other people's property
Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically
Report time worked and equipment and consumables used timely and accurately
Attend operations and safety training courses as required
