**Position Summary**
We are a leading provider of supplemental literacy and math curriculum solutions for the PreK-12 market. Our suite of trusted and proven products aims to address one of our nation's most critical challenges - improving reading proficiency. We seek an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging in-person and virtual experiences that educate and inspire educators. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of event management expertise, preferably in the K-12 education technology sector, with strong skills in coordinating, promoting, and executing events aligned with our mission. **Responsibilities** - Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor relationships, budgeting, and logistics. - Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop event strategies that effectively engage stakeholders in the K-12 community. - Manage onsite activities to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for attendees. - Analyze event performance and provide detailed reports with outcomes and future recommendations. - Stay current on event marketing trends, particularly in the K-12 education technology space, to create innovative, impactful events. **Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field - 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution - Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale events - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Willingness to travel to manage events as needed - Ability to handle physical demands of event setup/management **Benefits**- Competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) match and employer-paid insurance - Annual bonus opportunities - Generous PTO and remote-friendly work culture - Employer-provided laptop and equipment We are dedicated to building an inclusive workplace and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply if interested in this role.
