Job description

SIR Glass is seeking to hire an Auto Glass Dealership Spotter. Auto Glass Site Reps are given unlimited vacation time (earned of course) and unlimited unpaid time off. They are also taught valuable business, sales, and people skills during their time with us. There is also room for advancement with proven performance, commissions, and bonuses to earn based on performance.

Primary Duties :

• Spot windshield chips & cracks.
• Help move service drive cars forward.
• Find customer information.
• Repair rock chips sold by advisors.

Requirements:

• Honest & trustworthy.
• Excellent people skills.
• Resourcefulness.
• Technical skills with phones and tablets.
• Some sales skills are helpful.
