Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Principal React Native Engineer to lead our mobile application development efforts. This role will be onsite three days a week in Dunwoody, GA, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of retail technology.

Responsibilities: As a Principal React Native Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development of our mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the architecture, design, and development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of mobile applications.
- Implementing best practices and standards for mobile application development.
- Engaging with both technical and non-technical teams to communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to mobile application development.
Requirements: - Extensive experience as a Principal Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and mobile application development.
- Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in the retail industry or similar consumer-facing industries.
- Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with cloud services and backend technologies.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Active participation in the open-source community or tech conferences.
