Job Description:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Log, prioritize, and track incidents using ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant IT teams as needed.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and meet service level agreements
Create and update documentation for common issues and solutions.
Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.
Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT tools and systems.
Work closely with other IT team members to address and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in using ITSM tools and ticketing systems
1-2 years experience in IT technical support and/or Help Desk
Jira software by Atlassian experience (Required)
