Job description
Are you a Veterinarian looking to improve your work life balance? If so we have the perfect role. Offering up to $180,000 salary plus an incredible $50,000 sign on bonus whilst offering the chance to work in the beautiful Northern Virginia.

- Extremely successful & well established, privately owned small animal hospital in the Fairfax county area.
- Inclusive and supportive culture with excellent employee retention - numerous Veterinarians being with company between 15 20 years.
- Passionate about developing their people with a proven track record in doing so. Recently funded two of their doctors interests in ultrasound and acupuncture which meant investing
- $15k per clinician!
- ALL new grads are funded $10k to attend a month-long high volume spay and neuter clinic locally!
- Innovative and forward thinking with loads of tech at their fingertips- they've Purchased in house lab, in house pharmacy, ultrasound, CT scanning, laser, acupuncture, and have a big focus on pain relief.
- Strong Partnerships with their vendors which allows them to bring in specialists within their field - doing things like wet labs for example
- Flexibility in scheduling offering either 3 x 12 hr shifts or 4 x 8-9 hrs shifts where 32 36 hrs a week is typical with No out of hours requirement, or weekends
- Salaries are highly competitive and doe ranging between $120,000 - $180,000 + 6% commission + great sign on bonus (up to $50,000) and relocation bonus if required.
