Job Description This a 1099 position
SOE Cleaning Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the position of Field Canvasser. This is a Full-Time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Please note that this job is Not a Remote Job. Bonuses and competitive wages are offered for advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for sales associates
- Distribute marketing materials and engage with potential customers to promote SOE Cleaning Solutions
- Create and maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand-off of leads and provide feedback on customer interactions
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
