We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Finance - Controls Analyst to join our Defense - Aerospace team.

What You Need for this Position

At least 4++ or more years of relevant experience in program finance and/or controls analyst roles within FAR/DFAR and EVMS.

Skills needed include:
--------------Must have FAR/DFARS experience, EVMS (earned value management systems), able to work both "in the weeds" (crunching data, working in SAP and Excel) in a front-facing business management role (interpreting/explaining that data to senior leadership in meetings)

-Ideal successful people in this role will ask questions and ensure they understand, not yes-man and make mistakes as a result.
-Strong ability and experience meeting deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing

This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual, with the ability to interpret financial data and make decisions in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will have expertise in contract pricing and program finance, forecasting, analysis, and control.

You will be responsible for providing financial and business management support for various programs. This includes contract pricing, forecasting, variance analysis, customer financial reporting, estimating, and proposal preparation. You will also be responsible for consolidating financial data for internal and external reporting, and crunching data for data analysis with presentations of your data to sr. leadership.
