Interim Healthcare of Delaware seeks Registered Nurses (RN) to work in a Group Home in Wilmington, DE 19803.

Essential Functions of Group Home Registered Nurse (RN):  

• Coordinates all aspects of care with healthcare team 
• Completes timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient’s progress 
• Communicates with the physician and other staff of changes in the patient’s needs 
• Able to perform CPR 
• Must be able to lift 50lbs 
• Must be able to travel to group home location in Wilmington, DE 19803 

Requirements of Group Home Registered Nurse (RN):  

• Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am  
• Experience working with and supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities ( preferred, but not required ) 
• Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware 
• At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States 
• CPR certified
• Negative TB test result 
• Pass a background check 
• Provide two (2) professional references 
• Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
