Position: Full Commission Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven full commission Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and driving sales through a commission-based compensation structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Utilize various sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand client needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your network and promote our services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
