Job Description:
RNs will provide consistent high-quality care in a Health Care Setting, by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care.
Duties include:

• Provide direct resident care as needed.
• Completion of documentation, receiving and giving reports including but not limited to 24 hour assessments, charting.
• Manage medication and provides treatment for residents.
• Notify family of change in condition & new orders
• Communicate & follow up with therapy recommendations.
• Daily assess & manage resident care/needs.
• Serve/participate on clinical care committees as assigned.
• Communicate with resident's physician regarding resident's health care needs and/or change of health care needs.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed as Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana required. Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
• Three years of experience working LTC preferred.

Schedule:

• Part-time and PRN available
• Hourly rate based on experience
• $1.50 additional per hour for second or third shift.
• Weekend shift pay: $1.50 additional per hour
