* Joining a well-established, independent Cardiology practice
* New clinic location
* Large volume potential
* Must desire coronary and peripheral interventions

**Practice Highlights:**

* Recently updated cath lab with Philips equipment
* Good mix of interventional and general cardiology
* Interventional cardiologists perform all diagnostic caths
* Cardiac diagnostics on site: Echo, nuclear, stress test, TEE, Cardiac CT; Cardiac MR available in Fort Wayne
* Service line offerings in network (Fort Wayne) include: TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, Heart Transplant and VADs
* Accredited Chest Pain Center by ACC
