Our firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to increase business, boost revenue, and hold the legal team accountable while practicing our core values of Teamwork, Results, Integrity, Balance, and Excellence.
Compensation: $175,000+/- based upon several factors including book of business
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor our associate attorneys to ensure their goals are achieved by providing coaching
- Oversee law office business operations, communicate and enforce team values, and contribute to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals
- Maintain and develop your client caseload (particularly handling complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
- Assist the firm in selecting and developing satellite offices in DuPage County, Northern Cook County, Lake County, and more
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as an attorney in Family Law
- Completed multiple hearings or trials involving child custody and complex family law issues
- Decision-making, public speaking, and supervisory experience are required
- Portable book of business
- Admitted and in good standings with the Illinois Bar
