Assistant Coach, Women's Volleyball

Student and Campus Life (SCL) inspires transformation in all Cornell students on their journey of individual, academic and personal evolution. Our division is comprised of leading student affairs experts who support our campus on pressing student life matters including public service, health, wellness, social justice, residential living, food services, sports, recreation, career services, and student activities and organizations including sorority and fraternity life. We provide support and services to roughly 25,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students on multiple campuses in the U.S. and abroad.

The Assistant Coach for Women's Volleyball supports the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the Women's Volleyball program at Cornell University. This includes assisting with team practice and competitions, and providing input on player evaluation and other decisions concerning team operations. The Assistant Coach actively scouts opponents and breaks down the performance of our own student athletes. The Assistant Coach also has both on- and off-campus recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. In addition, this position assists with team travel arrangements, home match management and facility reservations.

Starting salary range is $62,035-$65,140 for this position; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
