This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a combination of onsite (1-2 days/week) and remote work. Hybrid schedule subject to change depending on department needs.
Financial Operations operates within the umbrella of Business and Financial Services, encompassing the functions of Accounts Receivable, Cash & Merchant Services, Equipment Asset Management, and Strategic Design for Financial Operations at UC San Diego. This unit oversees the complete administrative spectrum of billing procedures, collections, revenue recognition, bank account management, merchant services, PCI compliance, project subledger financial management, business process improvements, and regulatory control over capital equipment.
