Job description
Position Title:
Financial Analyst
Objective:
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes of the company. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to drive strategic business decisions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing financial models and conducting scenario analyses.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through financial analysis and provide recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in financial audits and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to assess SBU performance and develop strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implementation of cost center controlling.
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly financial results.
- Preparation and analysis of annual budget & forecast.
- Calculation of sales commissions & rebates.
- Support financial analysis requirements of SBUs
- Perform Ad Hoc duties as required.

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, with a focus of financial and accounting analysis.
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting is required.
- MBA preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Must be able to travel 25%
- Must be able to travel internationally
- Must have ERP knowledge; AX2012 knowledge is a bonus.
- Microsoft Office skills are a necessity.
