Staff Accountant

Wilmington DE

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the general accounting team. You will be responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, monthly accounting close, analyzing month to month variances. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with business development and client relations teams, assist with systems upgrades, and developing best practices for reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups, Index, etc.)
- 0-2 years of internship or professional accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Positive and flexible attitude
