Personal Assistant
We are seeking an intelligent, adaptable, and creative assistant in Dallas.

Position Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. From managing calendars to coordinating travel arrangements, your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining efficiency and productivity. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability to meet the ever-changing needs of the executive and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's inbox, prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, both on-site and off-site.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to filing, expense tracking, and document preparation.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Flexibility to assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in calendar management, email correspondence, and travel booking using various software tools (e.g., Google Suite). Some training provided.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and last-minute changes. Willingness to become a Notary Public

Commercial real estate administrative experience preferred but not required. Social media savvy is a plus..
