Part-time Administrative Assistant Job Description

Description:

Christian Union seeks a qualified individual to serve in a part-time position that provides support to the Ministry director. The position requires versatility, administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. It includes financial, administrative, event and project coordination, metrics, liaison, and various other tasks as needed.

This position will serve as part-time, 15 hours per week, and report to the Ministry Director of CU Martus.

Hours and Pay:

15-20 hours each week. The administrative assistant will submit a time-sheet bi-monthly and be paid $20 per hour. However, CU team members may be asked to support the fundraising effort by connecting with personal networks and alumni.



Preference:

Preference is given to candidates who can start immediately and live within 5 miles of Philadelphia.
