Sales Assistant

Quality Service Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. Someone that is looking for a career with a growing and exciting company. Someone that wants to use their talents and skills to help us in this endeavor. Your probably thinking, do I really want to work for a heating and air conditioning company? The simple answer is YES. Let me explain. Do you want to help people live a more comfortable life? What happens when people get hot, they are miserable, right? We make them cool and who doesn't want to be around cool people. Do you want to improve the environment we live in? We provide solutions to use less energy and less emissions. Do you like saving money? We have solutions to lower monthly utility bills. Now if living more comfortably in a better environment while saving money is something you agree with, we have a position on our team. We have a family focused company and have recently renovated our offices to provide a pleasant environment to work in.

We do have a few requirements, of course. First, we like happy people. Second, we like people that want to invest in their career by looking for ways to improve not only themselves, but the company's success as well. We welcome and encourage input from our team members to help us improve. Third, we hire for attitude and character, we can train you in the technical side of this position. Fourth, we are looking for someone that can communicate well and provide a great experience for our wonderful client base.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

Compensation: $16.00 and up per hour

Position Summary: As a representative for our Company, you will be part of a team responsible for growing and maintaining our client base. Following up on leads and closing deals. Working with our sales teams. Scheduling and managing leads by tracking and following up on them. Preparing and assisting in team meetings. Working with the client thru the entire sales and installation process.
