- Candidate with background as Engagement Lead with in the midstream and downstream areas of Oil and Gas Domain
- position is a Delivery role with Solutions mindset
- Has Experience in managing Onsite / Offshore teams
- Has Experience with Client facing
- Experience in managing digital programs at scale
- Will require 20 to 30 % Travel for customer meetings when needed
- Executing Large, Complex, Multi-functional, Technology Projects
- Managing Client Relationships at Sr. Leadership level
Skills: -
- Good strong Oil and Gas domain background
- Experience in Trading platform-Right angle
- Comprehensive commodities trading and risk management (CTRM ) solution supporting front- to back-office workflow, from physical and financial deal capture to risk position reporting, logistics, settlement and accounting .

- Organizational skills - to seed, build, and manage teams in On-off model
- Communication skills - to collaborate and communicate with Senior Leaders (External and Internal) and Support/Competency Functions within complex structure organizations
- People management skills - to connect, encourage and coach people as needed towards goal
- Strategic mindset, Informed Decision maker, ability to work with ambiguity
